By batching controller specification requirements to enter the recipe ingredients controller (unused material must be set to 0). After pressing the button ingredients ready-mixed Concrete Batching Plants, batching machine began to enter the automatic batching process.

Concrete batching machine working process is:

First feed Ⅰ belt to work, will feed Ⅰ transported to said hopper when said hopper feed Ⅰ when the weight reaches its set value planetary concrete mixer, the machine automatically stops the belt material Ⅰ;

Then feed Ⅱ belt conveyor automatically open when said material in the hopper weight to feed Ⅰ, and the set value of the material Ⅱ, Ⅱ belt conveyor stops feeding, feeding Ⅲ belt to work ... ... so complete with four kinds of materials , the machine will be in a wait state.

Then press the concrete batching machine discharge button, the belt conveying the work, with a good concrete dry material discharged into the mixer hopper. After the completion of the discharge, the discharge belt conveyor automatically stops and automatically start the second cycle of the ingredients, the end of the second cycle of the ingredients, and wait for the material, and so forth.
